In the application process of solar led street lights, the stability of its work largely depends on the performance of solar panels such as corrosion resistance, aging resistance, moisture resistance, and impact resistance. In order to ensure the reliability of the installation of rural solar led street lights, when installing solar led street lights, Changhui has the following requirements for solar panels:
1. Solar panel glass must be low-iron tempered glass with a thickness of 3.2mm and a light transmittance of 91% or more.
2. Solar panel EVA should have high light transmittance and anti-aging ability, and use high-quality EVA film with a thickness of 0.5mm with anti-ultraviolet agent, antioxidant and curing agent as the sealing of the solar cell Agent and connecting agent with glass and TPT.
3. TPT should use white fluorine plastic film to ensure the power generation efficiency of the solar panel to the entire battery module and good infrared emissivity. In addition, the basic requirements of aging resistance, corrosion resistance, and airtightness should also be met during the application process.
4. The frame of the solar panel should have high strength, and the ability to resist mechanical impact ensures the good application of the entire solar panel.
In the current solar LED street lamp installation process, the solar panel mainly adopts the packaging structure of glass-EVA (ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer)-solar cell-EVA-TPT film (weather-resistant composite fluoroplastic film) laminated package.
