Now it has developed into the country's largest steel and chemical industry center, including shipbuilding, electrical equipment and textiles. Industry is also very developed.

The Port of Bilbao is the third largest port in the country after Barcelona and Valencia. The main terminal berths in the port area are as follows: GENERAL CARG0 (bulk cargo), BULK CARG0 (bulk cargo), 0IL QUAY (oil terminal), C0NTAINER (container) . Loading and unloading equipment includes various shore cranes, gantry cranes, portable cranes, container cranes, floating cranes, truck cranes and ro-ro facilities, among which the floating crane has a maximum lifting capacity of 400 tons and a diameter of 152.4～406.4mm The oil pipeline is used for loading and unloading oil. The oil terminal used to berth 400,000 dwt super tankers, with hydraulic quick-sealing booms and quick-release hooking facilities for mooring. The loading speed can reach 3000 tons per hour. The port warehouse area is about 30,000 square meters. The coal terminal has the largest reliable 85,000-dwt ship, with grab loading and unloading bridges, continuous ship loader, luffing crane and a set of new equipment for dry bulk cargo using a belt conveyor system, with a loading and unloading efficiency of 500 tons per hour. With the rapid economic development, the port cargo throughput has grown at an average rate of 3.6% in the past ten years. In 2019, the coal throughput reached 4 million tons, the container throughput reached 506,000 TEU, and the total annual cargo throughput reached 45 million tons. .

In order to further enhance the efficiency of port operations and improve the port image and safety performance, the port decided to carry out a comprehensive renovation of the lighting of the entire port area. CHZ Spain branch carried out some partial lighting renovations during 2018-2019. Our service design capabilities, product quality and after-sales service capabilities have been highly recognized by the leaders of the port area. After the Chinese-funded COSCO became a shareholder of the port, it decided to speed up the port renovation and carry out a comprehensive and systematic renovation of the four major terminals to improve modern performance.

The engineering and technical team of CHZ Spain branch conducted an in-depth survey of the entire port, conducted in-depth research on every detail, and formulated a detailed transformation plan, using our high power led floodlight FL21 and FL32 . Both products adopt modular design and have good heat dissipation function. According to the height of the high pole lights in the port square, we have formulated two ways to install the flood sport lighting in a mixed manner, and use different beam angles to complement the far and near lights; finally, in order to ensure the safe use of the lamps, a conventional 100-240V conventional voltage is configured And 180-528V high voltage drive, and matching 10KV lightning protection device, to ensure safe use.

Through the joint efforts of the construction team, the lighting installation of one of the terminals was completed within 15 days, and the effect was very good. The 2000W HID was previously installed. In the previous installation positions, we replaced CHz led floodlights FL21-450W and FL32-750W, which saves more than 60% of energy. At the same time, the ground illumination has also been greatly improved, from the previous 150LX. Up to the current 230LX; the uniformity has also increased from the previous 0.25 to the current 0.43. From a distance, looking at the entire square of the pier, it looks so brilliant and dazzling.
