The battery components of solar street lamps belong to outdoor installation components, and its reliability largely depends on its anti-corrosion, aging resistance, moisture resistance, impact resistance and other properties, which requires the packaging structure, edge sealing effect and back wiring of the solar battery components. The quality of the box meets certain design requirements. The current packaging structure used for solar cell modules is: glass-EVA (ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer)-solar cell-EVA-TPT film (weather-resistant composite fluoroplastic film) laminated packaging, and then assemble wires, junction boxes, edge sealing Belt and aluminum alloy frame, in this structure, the battery and the junction box can be directly connected by wire. The materials, components and structures used in the manufacture of components are consistent in life with each other, and a single damage will not cause the entire component to fail. a. Glass: Low-iron tempered glass (also known as white glass) is used, with a thickness of 3.2mm and a light transmittance of more than 91%. At the same time, the glass can withstand the radiation of solar ultraviolet rays, and the light transmittance does not decrease the solar street light. b. EVA: A high-quality EVA film layer with a thickness of 0.5mm added with anti-ultraviolet agent, antioxidant and curing agent is used as the sealing agent of solar cells and the connecting agent between glass and TPT. Has high transmittance and anti-aging ability. c. TPT: the back of the solar cell: the covering-fluorine plastic film is white, which reflects the sunlight, so the efficiency of the module is slightly improved, and because of its high infrared emissivity, it can also reduce the work of the module temperature, also helps to improve the efficiency of components. Of course, the fluoroplastic film first has the basic requirements of aging resistance, corrosion resistance, airtightness, etc. required by solar cell packaging materials. d. Frame: The aluminum alloy frame used has high strength and strong mechanical shock resistance.
