　　Technical requirements for design of solar led street light lamp holder:

　　In order to ensure the quality and life of the lamp holder, the whole set of parts of the lamp are made of impact-resistant high-pressure cast aluminum, and must undergo a 2G acceleration of 30,000 to 100,000 mechanical vibration tests to ensure that the lamp holder has no application safety concerns; 　　 solar led street lights in terms of lighting quality The light-transmitting part of the lamp holder should adopt a good light transmission, high strength, high temperature resistance, anti-glare reinforced clear water glass $E7 cover, and the reflectivity requirement is ≥80%+ and will not be oxidized within ten years;

　　In the lamp cap shape design, the integrated design should be adopted, the electrostatic spray surface treatment process, the electrical cavity and the light source cavity should be separated, and the high-purity aluminum oxide lamp housing should have a smooth linear shape and a uniform and full curve;

　　The basic performance of solar led street light:

　　The waterproof and dustproof protection performance should reach IP65, the shell protection performance is Ⅱ, and the electric shock protection grade Ⅰ ensures that the light source can work normally and stably in the environment of -50℃~+70℃.
