How to assemble solar garden lights

　　 There are not many components of solar garden lights, but how to assemble it? Here is a brief introduction to the assembly process of solar garden lights by the staff of Changhui solar street light manufacturer:

　　1. Assemble the lamp pole assembly and adjust the direction of the lamp cap and the solar cell assembly. When assembling the light pole, the bolt connection is tightly connected and the force is evenly applied. If necessary, use thread locking glue (in general, the anchor bolt must be coated with thread tightening glue);

　　2. Borrow the pre-worn threading iron wire to thread the wire. When threading, it is forbidden to pull it hard to avoid scratches or even breakage of the sheath thread. The sheath wire connecting the solar cell module and the light source must have enough margin; the power cord connecting the controller must be bent downward to prevent the water flowing into the terminal.

　　3. Install solar garden light battery panel components:

　　1) Module fixing: fix the two sides of the solar cell module with bolts and tighten;

　　2) When placing solar panel components, the junction box should keep the connection line down;

　　3) Connection principle between solar panel components:

　　a. After the sheath wire is connected to the solar panel assembly junction box, it must be sealed with silica gel;

　　b. The sheath wire runs through the light pole and cannot be exposed;

　　c. After the connection is completed, use a multimeter to check whether each circuit is normal.
