2. What is the warranty?
A: According to different types of lamps, a 5-7 year warranty is provided. If the product fails during the warranty period due to quality problems, we will immediately send out new replacements and freight charges in case of emergency. Or, we prefer to send a replacement for the next order.

A: For sample orders, we can accept wire transfer 100% in advance, PayPal, Western Union. For large orders, please pay 30% deposit by wire transfer and pay 70% balance before shipment. For large orders, letters of credit

6. Do you have any MOQ limit for led light order?
Answer: Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available .
7. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
Answer: We usually ship samples and small quantities of products that customers need urgently with DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. High-volume product transportation is available for airline or maritime transportation. The shipping time is updated according to the actual situation of the shipping company.
8. We don't know how to install,can you help?
