How deep does the foundation of the garden light need to be? How to mix the concrete ratio?

Foundation standard:

3m light pole: pit depth ≥0.6m, flange size 200×200mm (with 4 M16 bolts);

5m light pole: pit depth ≥1.2m, concrete volume ≥0.3m³ (C25 ratio: cement: sand: gravel = 1:1.5:3);

Special soil: 1.5m steel pipe piles need to be driven into the silt layer to enhance stability.

Maintenance suggestions: Avoid vibration within 72 hours after pouring, and add antifreeze in winter (applicable to -15℃ environment).

How to choose the pole height of the garden light?

Golden ratio:

Trail/path: 2.5-3.5m (with 15-30W LED);

Plaza/parking area: 4-5m (with 40-60W LED);

Landscape sculpture lamp: 1.2-1.8m (mainly decorative).

Formula: Lamp pole height ≈ 0.6 × irradiation area width (e.g. 3.5m pole for 6m wide road).

What are the materials of garden lamps? Which is better, aluminum alloy or cast iron?

Comparative analysis:

✔ Die-cast aluminum alloy: lightweight (40% lighter than cast iron), corrosion-resistant (salt spray test 1000h), good heat dissipation (thermal conductivity 237W/mK), recommended for mainstream use;

✖ Cast iron: heavy and anti-destructive, but easy to rust (need galvanizing), suitable for special security places.

High-end option: stainless steel 304 (cost 30% higher, but life span 20 years+).

GD32 garden light has a variety of beam angles, TYPE II, TYPE III/TYPE V optional, suitable for different application scenarios. GD32 garden light can choose timing, 0-10V, DALI dimming control mode; at the same time, NEMA and ZHAGA can be selected according to different application occasions.
