a) When the requirements of different standards are inconsistent, the full text of the mandatory specifications shall prevail, such as the "General Specification for Building Environment" GB 55016-2021 mentioned in this article, and the upcoming "General Specification for Building Electricity and Intelligence" GB 55024-2022, etc., because they are technical regulations and must be enforced, this public account has repeatedly emphasized.
b) The safety lighting can be carried out in accordance with GB 55016, JGJ 354 and JGJ 153 standards, and has nothing to do with GB 51309. However, when the safety lighting is also used for fire evacuation lighting, it also needs to meet the requirements of GB 51309-2018 for evacuation lighting, and its lamps must also be certified for fire protection.
c) Safety lighting can be used for both venue lighting or auditorium lighting, or it can be set separately, which is determined by the designer.
d) The control point of safety lighting is located in the field lighting control room. When the safety lighting is also used as evacuation lighting, both the site lighting control room and the fire control room can be controlled, and the site lighting control room has priority control during non-fire; the fire control room has priority control during a fire, and the fire control room can only be opened. Light control.
e) It is recommended that the continuous working time of safety lighting should not be less than the evacuation time, and the emergency power conversion time of safety lighting should not be less than 0.15s.
f) It is not recommended to remove the independently set safety lighting in case of fire, so as to avoid confusion, crowding and stampede accidents.
g) Diving, gymnastics, trampoline and other training venues where the probability of injury is increased due to the sudden extinguishing of normal lighting should also be equipped with safety lighting.
