How to choose the power of LED street lights suitable for road width?

It is recommended to refer to the following combination: 80-100W for two-way two-lane (6-8m wide), 120-150W for two-way four-lane (10-12m), and 30-50W for auxiliary roads/sidewalks. You also need to consider the height of the light pole (60-80W for 5-6m poles, 100-150W for 8-10m poles) and the type of light distribution of the lamp (bat wing light distribution is more suitable for road lighting). We provide free lighting design solutions.

Which color temperature 3000K or 5000K is more suitable for road lighting?

4000-5000K neutral white (color rendering index > 70) is recommended: ①High color temperature has good color rendering, which is conducive to the driver to identify obstacles; ②Visual brightness is higher than warm light (subjective brightness is increased by 20% at the same power consumption); ③International standard CJJ45 stipulates that 4000-5000K is suitable for main roads. 3000K warm light is only suitable for special scenes such as ancient town scenic spots.

How long is the life of your LED street lights?

We use high-quality LED chips and driver power supplies, with a nominal life of 50,000 hours (about 10-12 years). Actual measured data shows that the L70 life (when the light decay is 30%) exceeds 60,000 hours. Key components such as IP66 waterproof housing, aluminum alloy heat sink and constant current driver power supply jointly ensure long-term and stable operation. It is recommended to check the sealing performance every 5 years to extend the actual service life.
