Dimming profile uses the dimming function of the lamp. For example, if 0-10V + timer dimming is used, after setting the timer dimming of the lamp, the controller sends a 0-10V dimming signal to the power supply of the lamp, but the power supply will not perform the dimming operation. And if your lamp is configured with Dali + timer dimming, then after setting the timer dimming, the controller sends a Dali dimming signal to the power supply of the lamp, and the power supply can still execute the instructions of the Dali signal. However, it should be noted that the cost of lamps in the latter is often much higher than that in the former. If your budget is limited, it is recommended to choose the former; if your budget is sufficient, it is best to choose the latter.
