What's customized dimming profile?

The so-called dimming profile refers to a specific timer dimming function. Rural roads and urban roads have different needs for dimming configurations. At the same time, the timer dimming function of lamps can be customized. For example, rural roads usually have fewer people after 10 p.m., and the dimming curve can be maintained at 100% brightness from 18:00 to 22:00, and adjusted to 50% brightness from 22:00 to 06:00; while the situation on urban roads may require delaying the time by 1-2 hours. The dimming curve can be set to maintain 100% brightness from 18:00 to 24:00, and adjust to 50% brightness from 24:00 to 06:00. Dali +timer dimming or 0-10V+timer dimming?

Dimming profile uses the dimming function of the lamp. For example, if 0-10V + timer dimming is used, after setting the timer dimming of the lamp, the controller sends a 0-10V dimming signal to the power supply of the lamp, but the power supply will not perform the dimming operation. And if your lamp is configured with Dali + timer dimming, then after setting the timer dimming, the controller sends a Dali dimming signal to the power supply of the lamp, and the power supply can still execute the instructions of the Dali signal. However, it should be noted that the cost of lamps in the latter is often much higher than that in the former. If your budget is limited, it is recommended to choose the former; if your budget is sufficient, it is best to choose the latter.

Which power supplies can be configured with timer dimming function?

Power supply manufacturers such as Inventronics, Osram, Philips, Done, and Meanwell all provide scheduled dimming functions. CHZ recommends using the timed dimming function of Inventronics, because Inventronics is comparable to Philips and Osram in terms of dimming and product quality, and the price is more affordable. If your budget is limited, Dong’s power supply is also a good choice.

FL21A high power led flood light is available in 100W, 200W, 300W, 400W, 480W, 600W, 800W and 900W. Its ultra-high luminous flux can reach 130,500 lumens, making it suitable for lighting large areas such as large sports fields, docks, airports, etc. Up to five different beam angles ensure uniform field lighting and reduce glare. Its unique finned aluminum heat sink effectively increases the heat dissipation area and airflow channel, reduces the operating temperature of the LED chip, and thus slows down light decay. In addition, accessories such as glare shields and aiming devices are also available, making it an ideal sports field lighting fixture.

FL21A high power led flood light is a stadium light that can be stacked sideways so that it will fit a tight space without compromising the lighting effect. From 100-900W, it will still be as bright as our other lights. Having the vertical design means it can be used in lots of places, from the rooftop or light poles alike.

This stadium light features a light housing of ADC-12 die-cast material, assuring a great heat dissipation effect and long lifespan. Also, the wide range of choices of drivers, LED chips, mounting brackets and baffles allows quick assembly at the client's request.

Not only the build can be upon request, the beam angle as well. 30°, 60°, asymmetric 60°， even type II, type III, IV, and V is available to choose from.
